Level 101
Open to Everyone - NO prerequisites
Aerial 101:
This 60-minute ultimate whole body workout introduces Anybody with Any Body to both Trapeze and Fabric strength and basic trick training. After a Pilates based Ball warm up students learn the foundations for finding proper inverted alignment through gaining strength, flexibility and muscle control mid-air. Mastery of this class creates a solid foundation for our Aerial 102 classes.
FLEXIBILITY AND STRETCH 101
This 90-minute class is for Anybody with Any Body who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Students will learn how to safely stretch their legs, hips, shoulders, and back while at the same time building muscle control and balance.
Acrofit 101
This 60-minute class will increase your bodies awareness, coordination, balance and strength through acrobatics. Focusing on development in hand balancing and basic tumbling technique, the fundamentals of momentum, rotation and acrobatic coordination are examined. With an emphasis on increasing muscle control and core strength, students develop toned limbs and stronger abs by using the body in motion, instead of weights and machines. An ideal cross-training program for any workout regimen.
HANDSTANDS 101
This 60 minute class is for Anybody with Any Body looking to learn and master the basic fundamentals of balancing on their hands. Students will learn how to find their correct alignment, balance and control while in a handstand as well as build stamina. With teacher spotting students will learn varied handstand positions while retaining control of their balance. Additional conditioning drills give students the muscle control needed to sustain balance while inverted.

Aerial Fabric 102
In this 60-minute class students will progress their Trick training on fabric by utilizing the strength, inverted body awareness and terminology gained in our Aerial 101 classes. Students will learn various locks and basic drops. Emphasis will be on correct body alignment along with building more shoulder and core strength.
Prerequisites: Graduation from Aerial 101 or for those with previous experience and mastery of the following: Inverted straddle from the air, Single & Double Foot Locks, Catchers Lock & Hip Key.
ADVANCED AERIAL FITNESS
This 60-minute class is geared towards students who are looking for the next level of extreme aerial conditioning. Amp up your to Total Body Workout through focused trapeze and fabric conditioning, which will help you achieve greater strength and safely execute higher-level tricks.
Prerequisites: Mastery of Aerial 101 and instructor approval. Trickster level students encouraged.
Trapeze 102
In this 60-minute class students will progress their trick training on the trapeze by utilizing the strength, inverted body awareness and terminology gained in our Aerial 101 class. Students are taught various beginning level tricks including how to utilize momentum on the bar. Emphasis will be on correct body alignment along with building more shoulder and core strength.
Prerequisites: Graduation from Aerial 101 classes or for those with previous Basic trapeze training including mastery of Front Balance, Rock & Roll, Mermaid Angel, Gazelle & Back Straddle.
Aerial HOOP 102
Learn to move like a dancer in the air by transferring static trapeze skills in motion. Have fun discovering your artistry while spinning as you gain strength & body control and mastery of body alignment while in motion.
Prerequisite: Graduation from Trapeze 102. One Knee Hang, Ankle Hang, Front Balance, Amazon & 1 Knee Russian Roll.
Aerial STRAPS 102
In this 60 minute class students will use the strength and inverted body awareness gained in Aerial 101 and Fabric 102 classes to learn the fundamentals of Aerial Straps. Various skills from hanging and support positions on the straps, both static and in motion, such as skin the cat, meat-hook, front and back balances and progressions for rolling moves will be covered at each students pace. Conditioning and flexibility training will be specifically targeted to improve shoulder stability, body alignment, and shoulder mobility while executing these impressive skills.
Prerequisite: Fabric 102 experience or video clearance.
Rope 102
Aerial Rope/Corde Lisse is geared for the more athletically inclined student. While various locks, drops and complex climbs will be taught the heart of this class is in creating and utilizing momentum. Students will have fun connecting tricks through dynamic transitions with the flare of momentum. This class is for both Rope or Fabric students and artists with a desire to increase their skills and diversify their approach by adding fluid dynamics.
Prerequisites: Fabric 102 level skills and teacher approval.
ACRO 102
Acro 102 classes are geared towards students who are ready to level up in their acrobatic Flips & Flights! Students will learn how to safely utilize their own momentum to execute various tricks including backhand springs, back tucks, aerials and more advanced mini trampoline skills. Class will additionally focus on linking tricks together to create your own acrobatic sequences. Students will progress at their own pace in a safe and fun environment.
Trickster Classes
Trickster Package applies to all Trickster classes.
All Trickster Level classes are 90 Minutes.
These classes are more advanced and require prior experience. BEGINNING CONTORTION
This class introduces students to challenge their bodies with a variety of extreme stretching techniques. Students will gain greater mobility in their hips, back, legs and shoulders while at the same time gaining strength through active flexibility and stability in various positions. This class is ideal for those who have comfort in all splits and back bends. Additionally, this class will help students meet the pre-requisites to enroll in our more advanced classes.
Prerequisites: Mastery of our Flexibility & Stretch class and by teacher approval. Must be able to go from standing down to a back bend and hold a straight-arm back bend for 10 seconds and return to standing. Comfort in oversplits on both sides & center straddle. Bridge kickover.
INTERMEDIATE Contortion
This class is for the advanced flexibility student ready to take their training to the next level and higher-level students looking to supplement their skills. Class will begin with extreme stretching drills for the back, legs, hips and shoulders. Students will then learn various techniques to gain strength in their flexibility enabling them to begin learning contortion tricks with a safe and controlled body. Tricks will include various forearm balances, pretzel, leg scales and front limbers. Class culminates in a conditioning cool down.
Prerequisites: Mastery of our Beginning Contortion Class and teacher approval.
ADVANCED Contortion
This professional level class is for the those who have mastered the skills taught in the Inter. Contortion class or meet the perquisites below. Class will begin with extreme stretching and strength conditioning drills for the legs, hips, back and shoulders. Students will continue mastering various combinations of moving and static elements including walkovers, contortion handstands and pretzel variations. Class progresses to creating trick combinations that are linked by each student’s unique way of movement. Class culminates in a strength conditioning cool down.
Prerequisites: Standing down to pretzel and return to standing. Front limbers, walkovers, and ease in over splits and center straddle. Mastery of our Intermediate Contortion Class and teacher approval.
Intermediate Trapeze
This class builds on the strength and tricks mastered in our Trapeze 102 classes, and is for students looking to advance in their strength and trick development. This level of training is at the heart of becoming an aerialist as students learn to weave tricks into sequences unique to their bodies. Class begins with a comprehensive stretching and injury prevention warm up followed by specific trapeze bar conditioning. Students are then taught various static and momentum based tricks on the bar and in the ropes!
Prerequisites: Mastery of Trapeze 102 and by teacher approval.
ADVANCED TRAPEZE
This class begins with the same aerial conditioning used by professional aerialists to help them achieve a higher level of trick development and an understanding of injury prevention. Students learn to create and control momentum for rotations, drops and swings, as well as focusing on above-the-bar and in-the-ropes tricks. Group class creativity is encouraged as students begin to link tricks together with transitions, creating their own choreography.
Prerequisites: Mastery of Intermediate Trapeze.
Single Point Dance Trapeze
Come Spin, Fly and Swing on the Single Point Trapeze! This class explores how trapeze tricks can be transferred to the single point while learning which tricks work best with motion. Students will learn how to add spins, circle flights and forward/back swings to their current trapeze vocabulary. They will also discover how the single point makes use of space and opens up new aerial possibilities including utilizing the ground as a connection between combinations.
Prerequisites: For Advanced Trapeze or Hoop class level students.
Intermediate Fabric
This class builds on the strength and fundamental skills mastered in our Fabric 102 class, and is for students looking to advance in their trick and strength development. This level of training is at the heart of becoming an aerialist as students learn to weave tricks into sequences unique to their bodies. Class begins with a comprehensive stretching and injury prevention warm up, progressing to specific fabric strength conditioning. Students will learn various complex inversion sequencing and drops.
Prerequisites: Mastery of Fabric 102 and by teacher approval.
Intermediate AERIAL Hoop
This class begins with a Cirque style Pilates warm up before introducing students to the technique of spinning and which tricks work best in motion. Building on the foundations of static trapeze skills students continue to gain a strong technical foundation of finding fluidity and control while executing tricks in motion. Choreographic sequences will be taught by learning how to create unique transitions to link tricks seamlessly together.
Prerequisites: Mastery of Hoop 102 and by teacher approval.
ADVANCED AERIAL HOOP
This advanced level class challenges both the artist and circus athlete to the extreme. Higher-level tricks of strength, dynamics and extreme flexibility tricks will be taught. Class begins with an injury prevention conditioning circuit to increase the student’s strength, flexibility and endurance on the hoop. Focus is then made on transitions and choreography, as well as integrating these skills into the motions of spinning, circle flying and swinging.
Prerequisites: Teacher approval required.
Intermediate Aerial Straps
This 90 Minute class builds on the fundamentals mastered in our Straps 102 class. After a comprehensive warm up of strength building and injury prevention drills developed specifically for straps students will combine their skills of strength and flexibility in the air. Continued emphasis is made on correct alignment to safely execute multiple roll-ups and planches. Various Spinning elements will be taught as well as trick sequencing.
Prerequisites: Graduation from Straps 102.
Hand Balancing
In this class students will learn how to find their correct alignment, balance and control while in a handstand. With teacher spotting, students progress into “press up” handstands, as well as finding varied handstand positions while retaining control of their balance. Students will also learn techniques to balance on elevated canes including one arm levers {Crocodile}. Additional conditioning drills give students the muscle control needed to sustain balance while inverted.
Prerequisites: Students must be able to kick or jump up to a handstand and hold against the wall for 60 seconds. Inverted body awareness and basic fit level is encouraged. If you do not have previous handstand experience or can't yet do a handstand, Handstands 101 should be taken prior to this class.
PROFESSIONAL
PRO HOOP
This class is for the professional level student. Student's will be challenged with higher-level strength and extreme flexibility tricks. Class begins with an injury prevention conditioning circuit to increase strength, flexibility and endurance on the hoop. Focus is then made on transitions and choreography, as well as integrating these skills into the motions of spinning, circle flying and swinging.
